All About the return and refund policy

  • All Returns have to be dropped off at J&T Drop off point. Find your nearest drop-off point with the link below.
  • Damage fees may be applicable based on the condition of the returned goods.
  • All products should be returned in excellent condition within its original packaging. 
  • Additional fee is determined after inspection of the condition of the returned goods. (Packaging/any part related to the desk and accessories).
  • You may cancel the order any time ONE day before the scheduled delivery.
  • You are responsible for the product's return shipping and costs. All goods to be returned must be marked as "Returned Goods".
